In 1996 I graduated from Kent Institute of Art and Design with a B.A. Hons. in Fine Art. Since then I have exhibited nationally and locally.

My work is landscape based with an emphasis on line, texture and colour, especially the subdued and limited light of the winter months. I use oil, gesso and collage, usually on canvas, to create a visual response to the area of hills around where I live in the Welsh Borders.

I won the Daler/Rowney painting in 1996 followed by the “People’s Choice” at Hereford Open.
